MangaDex Error: Failed to Fetch

Whenever I try to access the site on any of my browsers, any manga page redirects to a message stating "Failed to Fetch". I saw another guy have the same error here, but I couldn't figure out what to do from there. If anyone could help me figure this out, that'd be great.
