I've seen people call certain fantasy manga/anime an isekai because "If it takes place in a fantasy world different from our reality, it's a different world, thus an isekai" or "It has video game mechanics, so it's an isekai". Not even jokingly either, those were their genuine beliefs on the subject. Some people are just ignorant.

It is just objectively bad. Everything starting from cliche story and ending with the main lead is poorly written. Art is meh too. Also this MC isn't alpha at all. He is pathetic at best.
I like when there is sex in a story and I know that there is too much of beta MC's in modern manga but it doesn't mean that putting sex in a story is automatically making everyone to vote 10/10.
Insulting people will not make them to reconsider their voting choice. Rather the opposite, will make people biased.
