Angelica really has a child's view of the world. He's the demon lord so he has to be cruel? Not a good way to stay in power, unless can overpower everyone in battle.

Angelica is just a child that's playing hero. Plus, there are some good Demon Lords out there, this one is a Father. Not just to his new Wife and Daughter, but to everyone he's in charge of.

This is what makes Demon Lords memorable. But Evil Demon Lords are easier to remember due to bloodshed.

Even the ‘mean’ demon lords aren’t like that 24/7. Something a lot of immature heroes forget. Almost as if there are several facets to their personality. Although she did reject that guy in a nice and frank fashion, so kudos for that.

Secretary onee-san is about to hero-chan a nice big slap of reality. Angelica's naivety would be fine if she was just a little village girl, but she's the one and only hero and her viewpoints can easily affect the lives of millions for generations. Instead of trying to talk to the demon lord, she immediately tried to slay the peaceful man. If demon lord wasn't so kind, she and her party would have been annihilated, her kingdom left in ruins, humanity enslaved, etc.

I would have liked to have seen milf get a bit suspicious of hot secretary.
Feels like a missed opportunity to have her cling close to maou-sama to the chagrin of yuusha.
