In most cases her actions could be considered as even being treasonous to the crown. Not to mention, she outright admitted she had intentionally done this for selfish reasons. Her paralysis is easily labeled as assulting the King. So she normally would be either exiled/bannished and stripped of all titles, power, and property, or executed immediately. But since he is not obviously going to call for that, she almost certainly will not recieve any kind of punishment.
