@Galder i know, issei actually do some brave things above ordinary harem mc, the problem is its so far in the LN story that many people already stop reading (its equivalent to 100++ ch. if adapted to manga) . But the fight scene is actually better than many shitty harem tho
in short imo if its trying to clone DxD, at least the MC have to learn how to fight fast

since this manga (or rather it's light novel source) is authored by the same guy that made masou gakuen hxh, we can be sure that he at least does something with the girls in his harem (sex, impregnation etc if the light novel goes on long enough).

the setting is flawed from the get go ....
letting them fight before even an equal education is established will, bar any plot armor or op cheats, always result in the one with the biggest background winning

combat power = background power x
personal power(relative arcana power) x ability to use the arcana
the better the background the higher the provided raw power and the higher the knowledge of arcana making the actual personal power secondary
thus not evening out atleast the education will basicly only ever confirm the ranking according to their nobility
which will result in an unchanging or even more extreme leadership and thus slowly lead to destruction

and thats even taking into account the freedom of creation an author has when introducing their world.
as im not questioning the flimsy world division or the availability of magic tools for human demon servants

and lets not elaborate on the charackters introduced... the mc has a few screws missing if he is even considering trusting one or more of those three thots and deserves a good betrayal
not to mention that it didnt even take him 10 chapters before he started spouting that sexist i want to protect you sheite
also big boobs or a lack there off doesnt make up for a lack of charackter, for now these girls are as two dimensional as paper mario
