Also, it's indeed okay to break a hyphenated compound at the hyphen, it simply becomes the line-breaking hyphen. There is no requirement to keep a distinction.

What’s with japanese authors and their rape fetish? In almost every single manga when there’s encounter with bad guys they talk about raping female character. I know their army was infamous for it during II WW and they have lot of doujinshi with rape but its kinda creepy how its in so many different manga.

@Caramtchir Bad people do bad things, if oppressing people, robbery, assault and murder is something they do gladly, rape isn't far away. If they have no problem with all the other stuff they do why would you expect them to draw the line at rape ?

@Caramtchir You do realise those soldiers' mission was to provoke Carlotta's side to make the first move, that is, attack. So, of course they would talk shit and whatnot. If they had instead done like you say, and assaulted Carlotta, they would have failed their mission. However, being the fools they were, they actually settled for a little kid spilling stew on a soldier's boots as an excuse to "defend themselves".
