Y'know, thinking about it, Jahy's going at this the wrong way.
In order for Dou to conquer the world, she can't make Dou do 'evil' things.
She just need Dou to do 'good' deeds that result in the humans submitting.
Like in this chapter, Dou initially wanted to 'heal' those things, but even after seeing that it had negative effects on them, Jahy still could convince Dou to heal others too.

No "killing them with kindness" comment yet? Dou might be persuaded to conquer the world if she set out to make everyone stop fighting and hurting each other. A visit to the leaders of each nation should have all of them voluntarily joining her dad who wouldn't dare harm them after Dou promised he would be nice.

I feel sorry for anyone who came to attack Dou. At this point I could just see it:
An adventurers party comes to the castle to strike at the Demon King's newfound weakness, his child.
They show up to kill or kidnap her and free the prisoners/slaves.
Imagine their surprise when the slaves jump to Dou's defense.
"But we are here to free you! Do you not desire to leave this hellscape!? says the Party.
"Not if it means hurting our precious little Dou. Now kindly fuck off."
"Well if that is how it is to be. We will not leave here without the child." declares the party leader.
*Sound of a basket of Mushrooms dropping*
"Is that so?" Demon Hunter Oji-san says quietly. *Cracks neck/knuckles*
"Wait... isn't that the legendary Demon Hunter DISCOUNTTANJIRO?" asks the mage with a trembling voice.
"Well ... fuck." states the Party leader before the teeth kicking ensues.
Dou is taken to play hide and seek so she doesn't have to see the ensuing bloodbath.
