They’re all “newborn” demon lords. Since they need to experience at least one dungeon war by the end of the year, some have found this loophole. Also, this doesn’t mean Procell can’t find “newborn” allies for the war, so it’s not as bad as it seems.

Pretty sure Viscosity's name is spelt Ronove, according to the Ars Goetia (and Umineko). Similarly, Zagan and Morax are also listed in the Ars Goetia.

I haven't read the novel to confirm if the author keeps the same spellings (katakana transliterations) though.
