Maou-sama no Machizukuri! ~Saikyou no Dungeon wa Kindai Toshi~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 17

This thread is lacking this guy.

Heh, people talked about this cafe tidbit from wn being skipped last chapter but it actually wasn't.

Honestly, those two sidekick-lords don't look so menacing anymore. Bet, they weren't even the ones to came up with a plan to tag-team another demon lord 3-on-1.

Yes, dipshit, just drop that bomb, stop talking and let your enemy defend himself, don't push or anything. They're all obviously morons. Totally not like they could easily be manipulated. This guy has selective stupid. Fucking idiot plots.

I also want to know why is this manga got a shared universe with the other manga. Someone, please, gimme some spoils.

>not taking 2v2 because you don't like the guy
Alliances are not permanent. Just push for 1 year ceasefire to be mutual and it's all good.

That creator thing...reminds me too much of Those That Sits Above The Shadows from Marvel

@Yautja - this has a good chance of working. That schemer might just say something that will make the other two hate him on the spot.
Also, even sowing doubt like that is good enough - now they will be unable to have good teamwork.

Looking back, that marriage thing regarding Wight seems more like a death flag now... if the undead can have death flags that is

@Yautja , sure, Satou from Death March or Demon Lord from Maoyuu could do that.
But our protagonist is already shown to be bad with words and negotiations, because the merchants totally walked over him just a chapter or two ago.

@flannan
No, he's shown to have selective stupidity when it's plot relevant. This isn't big brain plays, it's common sense that any person could do.

I'm starting to get sick of this kind of righteous protagonist, he's just refused a good plan right on the spot without even considering all the benefits it might have brought.

@flannan
Then you've got low standards for intelligence and considering his strategy for his first fight, this is well within reason.

Ah, yes, I shall summon my allies that I was readily about to betray right after the negotiation about duping them.

"Just push for 1 year ceasefire to be mutual" will not work. The Zagan can easily make a defensive pact with another demon(s) and then convince them to attack. A defensive pact is a stronger bond/deal than a TEMPORARY ceasefire, thus cancelling it. Because they are actual "allies" while Procell an accomplice.

Which is why Procell didn't accept because of the potential backstab. That could even happen during the war even after they allied up, pretty sure the creator wouldn't mind that Zagan stabbing Procell in the back for entertainment.

Edit: Also did Stolar bust shrink or is it just me?
