What @Agadama said but there is a script to get links on manga updates to scanlator sites, here's the link https://github.com/loadletter/mangaupdates-urlfix . Another useful script to use for MU is https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/5452-mangaupdates-cover-preview which allows you to see covers of manga/novels by hovering over the name in the releases page.
