Maou-sama to Kekkon shitai (Oneshot) - Oneshot

Why does it have to be an open end! Sure, it's pretty obvious how it will all unfold, but would it have been so hard to show those sweet sweet things...

-"Both parties have to consent before they..."
-"But there's no problem if we're lovers. Is that not so?"
-What infallible logic...!

Don't know if that's a difference in japanese sensibilities, if it is said in sarcasm, or what, because that really isn't ok.

It was decided before it even started. I don't think I ever saw this pattern.

Referring to KuroeNekumi's comment, I suspect the exchange on page 19 is a reference to Japanese consent laws/statutes. While the base statutory rape law sets the age of consent at 13, prefectural statutes commonly raise this to 16-18. However, these statutes typically contain an exception for "sincere romantic relationships."

So, the logic behind the exchange here would be something like this:
"Both parties have to (be able to) consent before they..."
Haru, not being at the age of consent: "But there's no problem if we're lovers (in a sincere romantic relationship)."

But not having seen the original text, this is all conjecture. Maybe this manga is just weird and rapey, who knows.

So close to being the Mac who bangs first chapter. Your a god mc if you bang first chapter first page and first timing a girl
