well tbh humans would categorically go for dominance rather than genocide
because the later costs too much and doesnt bring much profit...

even among the warlords and dictators including the blond wig with the tube tan only isolated nutcases would go for genocide at least currently until the world has been mostly unified since doing so before then would alienate those seeking profit and would thus lead to those moneygrubbers uniting themselves against their common enemy while profiting on the side... ww2 was a good example for that... not everyone suffered during that period quite a few influential people lined their pockets to the brim and no one cared because "they did it to fight nazis"
