I doubt she will ever use magic again or else she would go and fight together with MC on their wedding day and he wouldn't have died in first place.

But, well, you never know.

TBH I think it's pretty BS when the author decided to make her that strong when she was a child.
It's doesn't make sense. Why would you let your loved one go out and died fighting monsters when you are that strong.

Reminds me of Soul Eater when Maka tried to look at the size of Death's soul (basically their power level) but couldn't see it. Maka assumed Death didn't have a soul, when in reality it encompassed the entire city.

Humans in this world can only use magic when they have materials with them. They were at a wedding when it attacked, presumably with no magic materials around. Even if Rosalie was a talented magician, she was just as vulnerable as anyone in that situation. Since she already declared she would not use magic ever again, she probably didn't bring any materials to her wedding.
