@aboalsmasem, I'd say the problem is interpretation. The name of it, translated directly, would mean "No fragrance to scatter"/"no fragrance", or more elegantly as they have translated, "Scentless fragrance". What it says directly translated would mean that it has a sweet scent, but the word they use for scent, could also mean taste, it
could be that the anaesthetic itself has no smell, but a slightly sweet taste, alternatively and perhaps more likely, the name is hyperbole.
Also, to whomever the translators are. It's not "My aim wasn't to beat you, nor fight you.", sitting here reading the raws, what it actually means is "My aim wasn't to beat you, but not to fight you [at all]." with what's in the [] personal opinion to make it flow smoother.
