How sad.... The siblings finally get some much needed nurturing and love, in a way they finally gained a family, only for it to be like a fleeting dream soon to be taken away from them and no longer exist. What's worse is I still believe what I said earlier; that the boy will pull the proverbial trigger and ask the demon/deity existence for help only for it to backfire and accumulate a deeper sadness to his life.

Sigh, that creepy doll gives off a real monkey paw vibe. However, I would probably use it in all honesty since it seems so necessary.

I bet the master either severly shortens his life/cripples his cultivation or like loses an arm.

Because what does that doll want from teh kid, some soul, some lifespan Idk.
