I wonder if the kid is going to try to take matters in to his own hands and go around and kill/fight the Queen's demons. The Queen seems to want the City, but she doesn't want to kill Humans, which is something at least... I'm just worried that Shi Shan running around killing/fighting demons would change her mind -- or maybe change the minds of her subordinates into disobeying that wish.

I like how this is going so far. I hope the current tone of the story continues. Have seen too many iterations of 'MC has invisible master' in which he turns all powerful and eventually leads a harem/army/country. But I remain hopeful this turns nice and dark, struggling and suffering MC is best MC.
