If it will make you feel any better, Simon cuts Joseph's (right?) arm off in their fight.
He might not be "crippled" (by martial arts manga terms), but I doubt he will be able to maintain his position as "champion" like that.

Thanks for the TL. A few small things I noticed, missing words, extra words, typo and minor grammar.

page 3 bottom "lingshan I think the relationship between simon and joseph is not that simple!" or "lingshan I think the relationship between simon and joseph isn't that simple!"

page 4 top grammar, "did I make you worry?" or "were you worried?" or maybe "were you worried for me?"

page 4 middle grammar, "this trash actually ignored me and is now teasing miss zhao lingshan?" or "this trash actually ignored me and teased miss zhao lingshan?"

page 4 bottom "you don't even have the courage to face this big brother of yours? you also did not dare to accept the life and death challenge." or... "You did not dare to accept the life and death challenge, you don't even have the courage to face this big brother of yours?"
