Time control is a strong ability, but after this, i can say with easy... her sister isnt as strong as she thinks she is, she doesn't have the physical ability use it at its best and her methods of attack are really lackluster, if she deals with an enemy much more capable martially she is screwed and if they have powerful resistance she can do what she wants she only be delaying the inevitable.
