Weirdly, I know someone who said they didn't like Scarlet as a character.

They have very specific tastes when it comes to female characters. Specifically she must be cute and beautiful at all times, even if she's the intense type (emphasis on cute). Even their fighting style must be beautiful and elegant (their words, not mine).

They implied Scarlet was too tough and uncute, and her brawler style too unrefined for their tastes - a repulsive character, according to them.

@zz2000 I kind of get that person's sentiments on Scarlet, but for me it's the opposite. My stomach churns when a character is overly cute and destroys everything with their overwhelming moe and elegant powers. The one that makes those teehee noises and acts as pure as a saint. Many might hate me for this but I just find these kind of characters too perfect.
