MD at home IP in use :fixed:

I just setup a VPS instance at sdbx.moe, and went to request an MD@Home client. It's giving me an error: Failed: Your IP has already been used. I assume the IP I was assigned had previously been assigned to someone else. What's the quickest way to get this resolved?

@BuzzLord Give it another go, we had issues with the application form throwing errors earlier today.
