A girl who seemed to be losing her husband didn't even know the guy she was crying for; a bunch of soldiers wanting to kill the only doctor available to save their captain being rude to one of the few allies in a war just for the sake of MC to beat them up and look badass; then the girl who hated the MC now decide to give him her virginity. Am I missing something?
