Meika-san wa Oshikorosenai - Vol. 3 Ch. 37 - Kouta-kun and Tsudanuma-san

@ac1d1c It's the kana of the objects. Take one kana from each and it pronounces "tsuki desu".

Sketchbook = ス = Tsu
Cucumber = き = Ki
Digital (calc) = デ = De
Stapler = ス = Su

Tsuki desu = I like you

@Assaultsquirt ス =/= ツ
It's "su", not "tsu". Tsuki (月) is moon. Suki (好き) is like/love.

@ac1d1c to be more precise,
sketchbook = スケッチブック (す = ス)
cucumber = きゅうり (kyuuri, although idk the raw text, can be キューカンバー. Still the same though since き = キ)
digital = デジタル (で = デ)
stapler = ステープラー

Japanese engrish is hard to guess sometimes
╮(′~‵〞)╭

Did you notice that her diamond earring switched to a heart earring after that? That's a cute little detail.
