Interesting to see firearms with self contained cartriges, primers, and a Spitzer bullet, which would date the technology to be equivenlent to the 1890s or newer. I guess they may be more technologically advanced than their culture suggests due to the lack of opposition to the power of magic and the traditional famlies who control it?

That aside, art is amazing as always and i hope we learn more about Xuanyuan Yu, whos still as mysterious as ever. Cant wait for more!

I didn't expect to see a semi-modern gun. I wonder just what kind of world is it in this story. Possibly China that never got messed up by foreigners? I thought this was just a pure fantasy story in a fantasy land.
