This novel seems so much like "I'm a superstar" or something which was removed from ww, where the MC tries to be a radio MC but instead becomes a writer, matamatician, martial arts practicioner, talk show MC, master hacker, poet and etc. without all the "nationalist youth" crap. Only the save button and the occasional eyecandy female parts are missing.. lol

Considering that it doesn't exist in that world and he can recall anything that happened in his life, and as the system said that he did a better path than the original author (implying that he changed something?), maybe no. It isn't plagiarism if it doesn't exists.
