@newbie You also need to look at local taxes and duty fees. You can get a bottle of good whiskey in Arizona for $7.00 that will cost $25.00 in Washington State.

The materials is the big thing, if this is a not agricultural stration liquor is going to be more expensive as a luxury product.

If you have access to sugar, water and yeast you can make your own liquor for about 5-10 dollars per litter but you need a still. Standard copper still gets you 40% or 80 proof. Good still with water cooling can get you 90% or 180 proof but you lose all the flavor. 120 proof is a good number.

To get passed out drunk depends on how much you drink. 1 shot = 1 glass of wine = 1 beer is a good rule. Non drinker is probably 2-3 drinks. Heavy drinker 10-20.

3 bottles of wine and a couple beers at 110 pounds is going to keep you drunk for a while.
