Miageru to Kimi wa - Vol. 3 Ch. 24 - An Instant Correspondence

@jokerxhisoka hmm, went back and re-read it all and she says a lot of things that don't make sense just in the way she said them. She's definitely fake friends with them, but early on she mentions MC's spitefulness and asks what's going to happen once that comes out. That makes it sound like she doesn't expect the relationships with him between the others to do well either.

@icarushector I am curious about that spitefulness comment since it's implying he's not the delicate maiden we been seeing him as this whole time and has a much more unpleasant side we as the readers haven't seen yet. Though the first chapters fairly unambiguously present her as rejecting a confession from him, not breaking up with him as if she already attempted going out with him and has some greater insight to his character than Shuuji would have. We're in the dark as to how exactly Yuuki and Tachibana know each other beyond them being in the same first year class, ie what interactions did they have before the ill-fated confession that starts the first chapter. I compare to Shuuji, because he and Kashiwagi were depicted as defensive of Yuuki when they became aware of Takamine hanging around him.

@TheGTF I am curious as well. For all his innocent flower persona, his friends are not. Shuuji is formerly high level violence delinquent and Kashiwagi also seems like a rough around the edges type. Not exactly the types of people you'd expect our mousey protag to roll with.

I don't think she meant spitefulness like she's seen it before, but that he's going to act bitter because she rejected him. She expected the common guy reaction, but Shibuki isn't common
or a guy
.

I liked it. Loved how Shibuki didn't mind words with Tachibana. Also how everyone else was just cool with it. 😄

It seems like Tachibana may have grown to like him after he grew some balls lol. Hope it doesn't lead to a love triangle...
