Finally, feels like an overarching story is happening and the pace is picking up. The spirit-orb being her stillborn baby surprised me: I assumed it was first the baby's soul going inside finally then an evil spirit trying to cause bad things to happen. Totally was not accepting it to be her stillbirth's spirit.

Mm wonder if the fox spirit protection extends to human monsters, looks like he added afew birds/other creatures to his collection.
It would be funny if her ability to see spirits also allows her to enable/control the spirits and allow them to affect the physical world.
