But the godmother said the temple didn't exist anymore.
If so, how come Hana see the temple like it was normal, eventhou in reality both of them in the woods.
Even the photo too show that they were in the temple.

I think the temple is not a spirit, it's a place in another dimension. To me that's not a problem because it relates with japanese folklore and mythology. It seems they went to a different dimension and Hana doesn't know it. It's like fey rules: you don't go there on purpose, you wander in there.
Unless the author says Hana doesn't remember, which she clearly does because she didn't wander where they took the photo, the fact is that Hana was there (she asks why the want to a shrine, she puts a coin and does the praying, etc). Maybe we will have confirmation soon if Hana finds out something.
My only problem with all the shrine scene is that they got there with the phone gps. You mean to tell me the spirits went to google maps and added the location? Those are some millenial/gen z spirits.
