I usually don't like the horror genre at all, and this manga is creepy as hell, but I keep reading for some reason.

Don't care how sinister the author tries to make that "watcher" at the end, it's a relief to know that actual, spirit knowledgeable (probably?) adults are going to finally talk to her. Though I expect that they'll all be like her friend and not see the true horrors
