Wolken acts like a tsundere white knight all the time. Is he himself sure, he actually is a captain rank officer of an evil organisation? Every way I look into this he acts decent, well behaved and acts like a hero and not a villain mid boss. I want to see some evil deeds. Even Hajimete no Aku's Jiro had more evil within him.

@Qelix Much of this is related to a huge plot twist way late into the series. I'm not going to spoil, but you can say that he's just not supposed to be on the evil side.
