@FredCross047 Actually,inst hard to get a room like that at age of 15 or 16, especially if both are underage and is a small hotel, there is a lot of place of if you are paying, no prob, I mean, if your 17 is even easier, the only problem I remember is if one are above 19+ with a underage or with some strange bag. Source, part-time job, at least, we are cool with that, just give than a cold look if they aren't too responsible at the moment, or get too drunk.
Ah, and at home ain't even a option sometimes, cuz some times you has brother, family there and it feels strange, but is more recommended.
