You might think that, with such a clear rejection, this would put an end to it...

I just don't get why girls (2D and 3D) think that confessing to someone who has a significant other is okay. If manga is any guide, more oft than not it causes stress and problems for everyone else concerned except the confessee. The idea that it is more important for someone to confess to have closure (and ignore how the confession might affect the other people involved) instead keeping their fcking mouths shut is bullshit.

Ive tried my best to get this far...
Theres barely any character development so far. The story seemed unique at 1st but now just has all the common cliches filling the gaps. Iroha is just ur typical indecisive, self-conscious, dreamy and cheerful idiot found in countless series, her hair changes is the only thing the author made unique. ML is just too boring. Tbh, my favorite character was Sacchi. Her sarcasm was just great.
Now they added yet another inexplicable love plus the annoying glasses-kun shouting crap all over the place. Ugh...

I now see what people meant in the comments in the previous chapters. Iroha is so air headed and stupid it’s annoying UGH even the translator added the”she did not just say that” LOOOL I get that shes nice but- if my boyfriend said he was happy about being confessed to I would lose it

I don't know if my opinion is strange, but I would be rather shocked if my bf was rude to a person that just confessed. Beeing happy about someones feelings and appreciative doesn't mean that you return them.
Saying thanks I'm happy that you feel that way but I can't return it because I already am in love with my bf/gf - seems like a decent rejection in my eyes.
Bu I do have to say Iroha still wasn't clear enough, girl is deffo leaving an open gap here. But someone having feelings for you is quite a compliment and if I put myself into the shoes of the confessing person it takes a lot of courage to do it. I've seen so many of my girl friends saying stuff like "ew", "gross", "never, what are you thinking" and that's just hearbreaking. I would die if the person I like turned my down like that xD
