Minor change for comments

I can understand there being a timer to prevent spamming posts, but is there a way to set up a visual timer or something so that we know when we are allowed to post again? One might read a short manga (like 1-2 pages) after making a post on another, and want to comment ( or perhaps, they are responding to several different comments from notifications), but be forced to wait for an unknown period of time between til they can again.

This would just be a small matter of convenience, especially for the faster readers here.

Even just a "please wait x minutes" telling you how much time is left in whatever message tells you you can't post
