@Marboh Olivia is a lieutenant that Bern, Malcom and Harley used to work for. He was first seen on tv in chapter 59 where Anna took an interest to him. On chapter 82, he was the reason why Everheart gets to keep his long tail as he convinced (threaten) Ponbert (Everheart's dad). There is a character profile of him on chapter 62.
