I remember when I first read this manga years ago, I was ecstatic over realizing who this couple was lol! I read the kindan series over and over again and when I saw this story I was like “OMGGGGG THEIR STORY” lol I was always so curious about their story. It was the “Angel” chapter I believe?

@SapphireDemon I think I mentioned it in the TL notes either at the start or ending if this chapter that they made an appearance in the kindan series, I think the notes even mention which books they showed up in.

Hmm...i can’t remember which of the three books they showed up in, but the one I remember was when they needed to repair an item. So they went to the old guy and Midori the bow god were the ones they met up to receive the repaired angel statue? If it’s not the angel statue, it was some type of artifact that was missing a piece and the old man was able to fix it.

As for Yato showing up, he does indeed show up in this series. It is when Midori meets the tree spirit. I’m not sure if this has already shown up in these chapters here on mangadex, but it does happen lol.

Owner!!!! I can't believe it took so long for him to appear in this comic, I've been waiting since episode 1! I audibly gasped when Kohakudou mentioned an antique shop. I don't want this to turn into a crossover series, but I would love for Midori and Hisako to meet. I'd imagine Midori would be slightly intimidated by Hisako at first, while Hisako would be envious of Midori's elegant, not-so-"sexy" beauty. I think they would understand each other well.

P.S. if you haven't read the Kindan no Koi series, you absolutely should, it's much older than this but it holds up very well, I've read it so many times over the years. Hisako and Yato are just the cutest.
