There are a couple of things here that are illogical and not just the Disney logic joke.

The string bikini that covers a nonsensitive area.

swim cap for the tail, cute at first glance, but horsetails actually have bones, so that would be INCREDIBLY uncomfortable.

Also, so many of these mogals be really juicy thicc.

Though, with just how much wear and tear and washing she must have done, I'm surprised it's not somehow rubbed off by now.

to be fair, if her tail is wet the hairs would clump together and her parts might show, but when her tail is dry it'd be more puffed out and as long as it's not that windy and she doesn't swing it too hard her tail would cover her there
that said...it makes about as much sense to me as girls who hate the idea of being seen in their undies but go out in a string bikini that covers even less than their normal undies and think it's a swimsuit so it's ok
