Yeah, the pattern that's starting to appear in the last panel is the same pattern as the blanket she claim to be.
Mostly for those that forgot what the old blanket actually looked like.

@grapecollects No he actually dropped it. I mean I've talked with Dio about that. Someone might pick it up to finish it since there's only 2 vols in Japan anyway and the series has ended.

And it's even written on last page that he dropped it.
