The end question is stupid. Coming out is an inherently personal decision. There’s legitimate danger (physical, social, or otherwise) in being out, why would you make your loved one risk all that just so people know about your relationship...? And then what? Your partner loses their family, congrats? What even is that?

@PeachyBee Thank you! This is exactly how I feel about it too. If I were ever in a relationship where my partner had to keep it a secret, I'd respect that out of my love for them. If I were in their spot I wouldn't want to be forced out, so I'd know they probably wouldnt either
