So far its pretty obvious who likes whom , and it seems he is the only one who is not loved.
Senmitsu >> trap, trap >> model chick, model chick >> tomboy, ??? >> Senmitsu. Will Saotome fall for him, and we get a full love rectangle?

@givemersspls I think kaoru feels uncomfortable having his picture taken because he feels uncomfortable in those feminine clothes, the same way saotome presumably would. So he's making an empathetic appeal to something he thinks they should both understand.

@givemersspls well kaoru literally wears the same thing every day, these clothes are a pretty big departure from that. Maybe it's a more general feeling of wearing something outside your comfort zone

The page you are talking about was actually a mistranslation on my part.
The conversation Kaoru and Chiaki are having [pg. 2] is actually about Kaoru being uncomfortable because of his "personality". I was thrown off by the fact that Kaoru would use "ore" while speaking w/Chiaki as well as one of the lines being heavily broken up by a bunch of ellipses [...] (which made the dialogue harder to parse). Because of that misunderstanding, I also mistook the 2nd to last line as Chiaki's when it's actually Kaoru's.

I'm very sorry for any misunderstandings this may have caused anyone.
