MOMO: The Blood Taker - Vol. 3 Ch. 26 - Fury and Diversion

Man this story is wack as fuck. Art is pretty nice and the interactions between Keigo and anyone really is great. Overall, series is pretty good if you don't take it seriously.

Why are so many (not all) side characters in anime or manga so narrow-minded and unable to think for themselves or outside the box? It seems like it could become a manga/anime-exclusive trope that side characters have such a one-track mind. It's like the side characters thought could not move on to another point unless the antagonist or protagonist did something.

@hikufalafel Making side characters slower to give an illusion that the mediocre main characters are faster. I'm sure there's a name for the trope, my google-fu failed me.

Well didnt think she was a vampire yet, but shes one now. She said last chapter, thats how he takes over peoples minds.. If her being the mole was bad, its going to be worse now.

@FlamingSquirrel One of Keigos work colleges at the force. Tachibana. Whos been shown to have been in the anti-vamp unit all along..

It makes a bit more sense now I guess.
They put Tachibana on his team, so they could use him to find leads and to control him. Since they didn't want an unstable element driven by revenge. That's also why he is now a top target, it's not malice, but common sense. Jokes on them an even more dangerous target had a mole in their team and now is even a part of it.
