Ore Monogatari is basically as innocent and diabetes inducing as it gets.
It's not Meguro-san's First Time is also pretty cute and innocent (don't be misled by the title)
Tonikaku Kawaii too.
If you don't mind fantasy settings with flashy fights in addition to the fluffy romance, then give Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba ii? a try. Personally, I enjoyed this one a lot.
