@Hollow7F Sorry for yet another ping over the same comment like half the people in this thread already pinged you over, but I'm pretty sure they did tell her that Geum-ok was his cousin already too. It didn't work because she wasn't as stupid as Hyochan's male friend and she remembered that he doesn't actually have anything like a cousin that age. She confronted him about the lie almost immediately after he told it and he had nothing else to follow up with so she started beating the crap out of him iirc.

i KNow i KNow I knoW it's awful of me to dislike someone based on their professions and that i understand "soMeone has to do it", but I cAN't find myself respecting journalists or reporters who pull shit like this. like,,, idk i understand media and news is super important, especially with sharing credible information especially on politics, culture, events, etc, buT people who pull shit like this piSs me off and i just can't respect their work if this is what they're doing hhhh
