I was excited at first but then I went to check the novel, and this guy shows up for a whole chapter, and then again, and again and then they PUSH her into their party so I just... didn't care anymore, I was mostly being sarcastic. I didn't start reading a story of a girl, with her in the cover and her in the synopsis just to shift focus away from her a few chapters in.
