They should stop give girls the bows already, bow is not a sling, it requires great strength and stamina to use, especially in battle and war. Second they shouldn't limit a party with only 4 members, at least 9-12 persons for cycling tankers, fighters to not exhaust the frontline, and rearguard to protect healer, mage and also need porters to carry food, medical stuffs
