@TetsuyaLP, @AbuHajaar: I intrude. I have no real concept of what the author meant by "one extra attack after a magical attack". Is the extra attack a copy of the magical attack? There is a picture of a guy slashing, so the magical attack might by an extra chargeup for the slash, and that extra damage might be doubled. Or an extra single amount of the physical slash damage is added....really no idea. But if we just say, that every attack can be magically enchanted (making it an magical attack) and that 100% of that attack's damaged would be dealt again, in case of a success, that that would mean for an average of 10 strikes, a 11th will be dealt. 10 + 1 = 11 => 100% damage + 10% dam = 110% dam => 10% extra damage on the average => DPS also increases by 10%

I think it's less that everyone undervalues the items effect and more that only a few still know about its effect , atleast that's the vibe I'm getting so far

Although this item does mean that your damage can have a fair bit of RNG, maybe it's better to think of it as a crit item? IDK, it really depends on how the extra damage is calculated and how it is applied.

If the doubled attack can still stack effects, costs no mp, and costs no or minimal animate time, then the only way it would be worthless is if it took up the slot of something better. It goes from OP to gamebreaking at 25% though.

@Qelix @abuhajaar the item give chance to cast the same spell that you cast without any cost, basically its like double attack proc but in this situation its magic with the same power as the spell you cast that trigger the proc
if you cast fireball then it will also cast fireball when the proc trigger with the same power as the fireball you cast
i.e. you cast a 100 dmg fireball and the proc trigger it immediately cast a 100 dmg fireball making you firing 2 fireball with 100 dmg kinda like OGRE MAGI multicast
heck, this item basically make you into OGRE MAGI MULTICAST from DOTA
