Well, he is abnormal and can take a lot of damage compared to other humans. You basically need to mutilate him over and over to kill him (think of spongy bosses in RPG games).

Edit-> It was explained in the earlier chapter most people are weaker than game due to only having one life and the knowledge to getting stronger skills is blocked by the nobles.

Knowing fast ways off getting exp can increases his Vit/hp and the novel descriped the bandits as having low stats(Or Second having higher stats.

Losing an arm should of had him bleed out more and Second was a lower level back than, surviving a crit hit should be fine to someone weaker than you.

Also, how he gets damaged is different.->
HE cuts his own limb off
Someone weaker than him Stabs him.

Its believable, if the First prince stabbed him then Death would have been believable.

It's because he was just really tired. Even without the sneak attack he was barely keeping his consciousness due to fatigue and lack of sleep.

Well, being able to survive a stab on the heart and only losing around 20% of hp is pretty OP

The rpg stat concept in this world is stupid, how tf people getting stabbed is fine. That world clearly isnt a video game. If its like SAO where couple of peoples slash through kirito but he's still fine because his regen is out matched attacker's dps, that would be fine.
But this world is based on video game but with reality involved,
Defense stat should able to deflect those attacks,
Hes OP but the world building is stupid
