Meh. 2100 or whatever and the author thinks a space-faring human civilization will have wives waiting at home (or not) for their men? Get real. It's not 1950 anymore. ^^
 
I like this - it's a very romantic idea of space as the new Age of Exploration. The fact that the guy isn't angry that the girl didn't wait made it all the more poignant - he knew that he'd made an unreasonable demand, and who knew who different they'd be after all that time apart? Plus, looks like he's seen some shit, probable safer to keep that away from a Terran-bound civvy.
 
I think this would be good, it gives sort of a lonesome feeling while reading. The art is quite simple too, not much going on.

I wonder who Motoka (assuming that is her name) is, how did she get there Q.Q
