I'm not sure what to feel about the fact that romanizations for the kingdom names appear to be printed on the chivalric emblems on the very pages in which their names are introduced, yet we're using different ones.

Well, "Pycex" just reads too much like "Pyrex" to me so maybe I'm glad they're not the same. XD
