This MC just ain't Japanese. Evidence follows:
1) Takes being awakened by a hot girl mounting him totally in stride.
2) Compliments her dress in a way that tells the girl that he's thinking about how well it suits her, not just making a hollow statement.
3) Attunes to her desires & immediately comes up with a plan to fulfill them.
4) Is attentive to her throughout this impromptu date.
5) Doesn't have a brain meltdown when she boob-presses him, but actually senses & acknowledges her mild insecurity.
6) After the meal, he smoothly reassures her that she is fine, & then segues straight into a confession!
7) He takes a swing, gets a hit, & takes 1st base like the Allies on D-Day -
8) and charges on to 2nd with intentions of stretching the play out...
9) only to get the Hold sign. But at least he's thinking about scoring.

This doesn't happen in MangaJapan, so I'm advocating the isekai tag for this.
