The manga isn't representing it as success either. It's just sort of parodying Trump's brand of Plutocratic affectation. The entire thing is intentionally ludicrous, though I don't expect everyone to agree.

@Solz - I'll be surprised if he survives two more years of mainlining packs of McDonald's secret sauce, but it hardly matters. The corporate interests that run the show will outlast.
